Refund policy

At HazukiCare, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where available.

To request a return, please contact us at hazukicare.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We may request photos before approving the return.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. The correct return address will be provided by our support team once your request has been reviewed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • items returned without prior approval
  • final sale items clearly marked as such at the time of purchase
  • gift cards, if applicable
  • personalized or custom-made items, if applicable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hazukicare.support@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hazukicare.support@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
